Resolut Capital is the data controller for personal data collected via resolutcapital.com.

Data collected
We collect two types of data:
Data you submit directly: when you fill in the contact form, you provide your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message.
Technical data: during your visit, we collect anonymous information via our analytics tools (pages visited, visit duration, device type, country). This data does not identify you personally.
Purposes
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your request and manage our relationship. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Technical data is used to improve site performance and understand how visitors use the website. No individual profiling is carried out.
Retention
Contact data is retained for 3 years from your last interaction with Resolut Capital. After that period, it is permanently deleted.
Technical (analytics) data is retained for a maximum of 13 months, in line with standard practice.
Your rights
Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
— Right of access: you may ask to see the data we hold about you. — Right of rectification: you may request correction of inaccurate information. — Right of erasure: you may request deletion of your data. — Right of objection: you may object to certain processing activities.

Cookies
The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation (session, language preference). These cookies do not collect personally identifiable data.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers without your explicit consent. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, which may affect some site functionality.

Resolut Capital implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. The website is hosted on a secure infrastructure (Vercel) with HTTPS encryption.
